If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy ensures an easy and transparent process.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
You must request it within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Please note:
Items showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.
Return approval is subject to quality inspection by our team.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Sale or discounted products
Custom-made, tailored, or altered items
Accessories (jewelry, belts, etc.)
Innerwear and undergarments
3. Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return your product:

Your Order ID
Reason for return
Clear product images
Once we verify the details, our support team will send you the return instructions.
Pack the product securely and send it to the provided return address.
After inspection, we’ll confirm your return status by email.
Please note:
Return shipping charges are usually borne by the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange for a different size or color within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange will be processed only after the returned item passes quality checks.
If the requested size/color is unavailable, you may choose an alternate product or store credit of equal value.
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are made to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.) or as store credit, depending on your choice.
Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Contact us at support@sawariyacollection.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging.
We’ll verify and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them if they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
For prepaid orders, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.
8. Important Notes
Sawariya Collection reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet our policy guidelines.
Products bought under special promotions, festive offers, or clearance sales are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange.
Always record unboxing videos in case of any damage or missing item claims.
