  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • You’ll receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (for most metro cities).

  • Other Locations: 7–10 business days depending on the shipping address and courier service.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues — but we’ll keep you updated at every step.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee of ₹79 may apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling charge of ₹50.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order anytime through our website’s Track Order section or the courier partner’s site.

5. Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Shiprocket, ensuring safe and timely deliveries across India.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

  • International shipping options will be available soon — stay tuned!

7. Delayed or Missed Deliveries

  • If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team within 48 hours.

  • We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue quickly.

8. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing the order. Sawariya Collection is not responsible for lost or returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
